It is stated that I am a student of 2nd year in (Subject and department name) and regular visitor of your library. The library card issued by your good office has a limit of issuing only two books at a time. As my exams are coming ahead and for their preparation, I need to issue more books because these books are not available in the market and I have to go through them by getting only from the library.

In this regard, you are requested to please extend my card limit for issuing at least four books at one time.

It is also requested that books on the subject of computer science must be added in your library because the current stock of books is not sufficient for the students.

Dear Sir,

I am an MBA (subject name and department name) student in this Institution, and we get huge assignments in a week related to all subjects. I want to bring in your knowledge that there are not enough books on Marketing (Subject name), so students have to face several problems, as we have to buy books which are difficult to afford. (show your actual problem and situation).  We request you to arrange more books on Marketing which would be very helpful in doing assignments and thesis work. Hope for your quick response.
