Phase Transition

The word is most commonly used to describe transitions between solid, liquid and gaseous claims of matter, in addition to, in rare circumstances, plasma. A phase of a thermodynamic system and also the states of make any difference have uniform real properties. During a phase transition of a given medium certain properties of the medium change, often discontinuously, as a consequence of the change associated with some external ailment, such as temperature, pressure, or others.
