Adenanthos obovatus, also known as basket flower or perhaps jugflower, is a shrub of the plant family Proteaceae native to the island to South west Quotes. The shrub evolves on sandy garden soil in seasonally drenched lowland areas as well as hills and dunes. It regenerates soon after bushfire by resprouting by its underground lignotuber.
