Sub: Email for Asking Suggestions for Party

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to you because I need your help. I am organizing a really big venue for some very rich/poor people and I need some suggestions. They are having a party to celebrate the opening of their new international company. They would like it themed other than that they have left it all to me to organize. I have no clue what else they want and when I ask they tell me to make it spectacular. I am thinking beach themed with a bonfire and fireworks. (Write your actual cause and situation).

I would like to have some suggestions on what else to do. For example what type of food to have or drinks?  Should I make it fancy or street style? Can be beef burgers and chips BBQ or should they have tables and a five-course meal. (Your requirements). Any suggestion that you can give would be a great help. They are big clients and I do not want things to go wrong or they don’t like what I have come up with. Many thanks.

Yours sincerely,
