Respected Sir,
Accept my dues regards. Sir, I am a parent of two students (Children’s name) studying in classes 7 and 5 respectively, in your branch. I feel it’s my moral duty to mention the school authority the prevailing conditions of the school bus. On behalf of the majority parents who kids avail the transport facility of school for traveling whole year.
Along with the deteriorating physical condition of the bus, now the engine is also not much reliable for traveling. The engine breaks down seldom and causes students delays to school which leads to fine as well as last returning home which is a constant source of tension for parents. Children on other hand become tired and impatient with the scheduled outbreaks and delays to school and vice versa.
Sir this is the third letter (earlier mention and submitted in following dates) from all parents to the school administration since summer vacation 20XX till to date. Kindly look into the matter seriously and resolve the matter as soon as possible. As the school bus is vitality for all school going students as well a great convenience for parents. Kindly do not deprive students of the facility of a proper functioning and well-conditioned school bus. Annually, school extra charges and monthly transportation fee is in time submitted by parents.
