It is stated that I am (name…). I would like to say that I am recently selected in your institute as a (job designation, like: Security Guard). I am from other city and I do not have any home here. I am alone here and it is hard for me to survive. Being a security guard I want you to provide me accommodation within the company. As, the whole day I will on duty here. I will be sincere towards my work and will be pure.
I am not able to afford my residence in this city within my income package. I request you to kindly provide me accommodation within the company. Only a small quarter or small space would be enough for me. It would be a kind favor for me.
