The aim of this study is to present on Wetting and Solubilizing. Wetting is a process by which any substances added to a liquid to lowers its surface tension and thus increase its ability to spread across or penetrate to a solid. Wetting effects predominated over stabilization effects at bile salt concentrations representative of the fasted state. Solubilization is the process of incorporation of the solubilizate into or onto the micelles. Solubilization occur in a system consisting of a solvent, an association colloid and at least one other component called the solubilizate
