In intercultural competence the phrase polycentrism is realized as attitude as well as openness towards some other cultures, opinions and means of life: when intercultural behavior and correlations are interpreted not just with the backdrop of own ethnic experiences. Polycentrism is the principle of organization of a region around many political, social or perhaps financial centres.
