Gasification Definition

The advantage of gasification is that while using syngas is potentially effective than direct combustion of the original fuel because it can be combusted at higher temperatures or even in fuel solar cells. Gasification is a process that switches organic or fossil fuel based carbonaceous products into carbon monoxide, hydrogen and carbon monoxide. This specific is achieved by reacting the materials at high temps (>700 °C), without combustion, with a controlled quantity of oxygenor steam.
