Frivolous Litigation

Frivolous Litigation

Frivolous litigation may be based on silly legal theories, may involve a superabundance or even repetition of movements or additional fits, may be uncivil or harassing for the court, or may claim extreme cures. A claim or defense may be frivolous because the item had no underlying justification actually, or because it had been not presented having an argument for a good extension or reinterpretation on the law.
