This article focus to Discuss on Synthesis of Phenols. Here analysis two types of Synthesis of Phenols. They are Pyrolysis of sodium benzene sulfonate and Dow process. In Pyrolysis of sodium benzene sulfonate process, benzene sulfonic acidity is reacted with aqueous sodium salt hydroxide. The resulting salt is mixed with solid sodium hydroxide and fused for a high temperature. In the Dow process, chlorobenzene will be reacted with dilute salt hydroxide at 300°C along with 3000 psi pressure.
