Crowdsourcing is the process of having work or money, usually online, from the crowd of persons. The word is a mixture of the words ‘crowd’ and ‘outsourcing’. The idea is usually to take work and outsource it into a crowd of employees. Crowdsourcing is the method of obtaining necessary services, ideas, or content by soliciting contributions from the large population group, and especially from an network, rather than via traditional employees or suppliers.
