It works with series of spots forms, measure Rf values and Coloured compounds & colourless compounds. Chromatogram charts recorder response against time. Here also explain some Uses of Chromatography: Very sensitive – small quantities of substances detected, explosives, drugs etc. Separation of pure substances for collection.
