The prime goal of this article is to know about ITIL Expert. The ITIL Expert certification is one of the hardest IT linked certifications to gain. It requires months of devotion and a passion for IT Service Management. To become an ITIL Expert you require to first pass the ITIL Foundations exam and then gain 22 credits from either a Lifecycle stream or an ability stream and then get ahead of the daunting Managing across the Lifecycle (MALC) exam.
