Respected Sir,
It is stated that I am (name….) working in your institute since last year as a (Designation: marketing). I would like to say that I am a proficient person and honest towards my occupation. I have always been a punctilious person.
I want to say that being a (job designation: marketing) I have to do all of work in the market and have to wander. Unfortunately, last week my bike has been stolen. It’s been too hard for me to work without a bike and I can’t have enough money a new one yet. Being on any other transport system will not affordable for me.
It is requested that kindly provide me with a bike for official and company use so that I might be capable to work with consideration. It would be a great favor for me.
