With due respect, I beg to submit that I have been a student of your institution for the last two/tree/four/more years from (date to date). I passed my (state degree) Examination in (date…). As it is known to the college authorities, I stood (which position) in the whole college/school and obtaining ….. marks. My teachers used to hold me in high esteem. I was considered to be the best student of my college/school.
Apart from studies, I used to take active part in extracurricular activities (Debates, Dramas, Athletics and other co related activities).
