Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to officially terminate the contact between us. I have been working with you for two years and everything was smooth. I have been facing trouble in getting the payments and I wrote you a letter about three months ago (More/less) that your company is following the contract on which we both agreed.
