With high regard it is stated that, I have recently completed my Grade/graduation from this esteemed school/college. Upon clearance I received my all documents along with marks sheet. Unfortunately, during my shifting from hostel to hometown/city name I lost my valuable hand carry which contained my tickets and some certificates.
Owing to this reason, I’m not having my new marks sheet and this is a pre-requisite for getting admission for my higher studies. Therefore, I request you to kindly issue my Duplicate Marks Sheet. I have attached my required fee along with the filled form with the application.
