Operating Profit Taka. 27,635,796 million. Net Profit after tax for the year Taka. 28,142,906 million. The shares of the Company are listed in the Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchanges and quoted at Taka 36.20 (High-Taka 36.80. Low-Taka.36.00) per share and Taka. 36.20 (High-Taka.36.90 Low-Taka.36.10) per share in the Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange respectively as of June 30, 2011.

The Board of directors pleased to recommend for the declaration of a Stock Dividend @ of 5% on the basis of the approval by the shareholders at the 15^th Annual General Meeting of the company. It may be mentioned here that, during the year company declared and paid a cash dividend @12% for 6 (six) months maturity preference share in February 2011. These financial statements are presented in Bangladesh Taka (Taka/Tk/BDT) which is the company’s functional currency. All financial information presented in Taka has been rounded off to the nearest Taka.
