UFO, Video Shows Bizarre Lights above the South China Sea

Users on social media are pondering a bizarre video that appears to show a swarm of luminous lights cruising above the South China Sea. According to the monitoring website UFO Stalker, a pilot shot the 53-second video (below) on November 24 at a height of roughly 11,887 meters (39,000 feet) above the South China Sea.

The picture begins with nine lights traveling across the sky in three orderly rows as the sun rises. The nearest item then vanishes, followed by the appearance of three additional objects on the formation’s periphery. “I’m not sure what that is.” In the video, someone is heard remarking, “That is some odd sh*t.” They merely say, “Gone!” as the lights fade away one by one.

Although no official comment has made about the encounter, it has sparked rumors on social media. While some speculate that it may be a military practice involving flares or simply a reflection on the cockpit’s glass, others speculate that it could be an unidentified flying object from another planet (UFO). One user wrote, “At first I assumed cockpit window reflecting… but no.” “That isn’t the case.” “Could that have been a military countermeasure exercise?” I wonder now.

“Given that there are billions of Galaxies containing millions of stars and planets,” one person remarked, “it only stands to reason that there are others out there who are less intelligent than us (which doesn’t take much) and considerably more intelligent than us.”

One of the most frequent hypotheses for UFOs is that they are military technology in development. The South China Sea has grown in geopolitical importance, not least because it is home to a large portion of the world’s marine traffic. Given the recent spate of territorial conflicts in the area, unusual sees a military presence in the area.

Even the US government has begun to take accounts of UFOs seriously. In recent years, a number of high-profile sightings have received widespread media attention and even Pentagon confirmation. Multiple witnesses reported another strange encounter above the Chinese metropolis of Shanghai earlier this year. A Youtuber decided to explore the strange sight and discovered that the “UFO” was only a building’s shadow projected into the city’s clouds.
