Higher education make a person self dependent, self reliant, self confident. In Bangladesh higher education of women depends upon several factors. Socio-economic status influence education of women in higher education and female students. This paper focus on the comparison between dhaka and J.U. female students higher education. The basic objectives of this report is to identify the socio-economic background of the female students of J.U. and Dhaka University and to identify the level of empowerment of the female students of J.U. and Dhaka University.
