The vital objective of this report is to analysis Poor Performance in English at SSC and HSC level of Bangladesh. General objectives of this reports are to find out the causes of poor performance of the students in English at SSC and HSC level of Bangladesh, to identify the ways of improving English Language skills i.e. Listening, speaking reading and writing and to find out the effective class room teaching techniques.
