The phrase Socialist state is used by Leninists in addition to Marxist–Leninists in reference to a state under the control of the vanguard party that is organizing the monetary, social, and politics affairs of explained state toward the actual construction of socialism. The term socialist state or socialist republic usually identifies any state that is constitutionally dedicated on the construction of the socialist society.
