Russula emetica, often called the sickener, emetic russula, or even vomiting russula, is a basidiomycete mushroom, and the type species from the genus Russula. It’s got a red, convex to flat cap approximately 8. 5 cm (3. 3 in) within diameter, with a cuticle that may be peeled off almost towards the centre. The gills usually are white to soft cream, and carefully spaced.
