The main objective of this report is to focus on Retail Banking in Prime Bank Limited. Also focus on to understand the whole banking process, keeping close attention on their culture. Other objectives are to discuss about the current customer satisfaction level after increasing some charges and fesses. Finally draw SWOT analysis and find out problems related on Retail Banking. And also make recommendation to overcome Retail Banking related problems.
