It is stated that recently I did my internship at your institution. My name is ……… and father name is…… . I was in Computer section (Department name….). I had done immense job there. It was magnificent experience for me.
It is to inform you that unfortunately, I have lost certificate of participation issued to me during house shifting of mine. I know it’s a kind of carelessness but all happened so sudden that nobody noticed.
I request you to kindly reissue me the certificate as it is the only proof of my internship and has adequate value for me. Kindly consider my request, as I would be tremendously grateful upon it.
