Principle objective of this lecture is to presentation on Project Scheduling and Tracking. In project management, a schedule is a listing of a project’s milestones, things to do, and deliverables, typically with intended start off and finish dates. Those items in many cases are estimated with regard to resource allocation, budget and duration, associated by dependencies in addition to scheduled events. The project schedule would be the tool that communicates what work ought to be performed, which resources in the organization will perform the task and the timeframes through which that work ought to be performed.
