Main purpose of this report is to analysis Problems and Prospects of Remittance Service in Public Banking Sector. Remittance is a shift of currency by a overseas worker to a person in his or her home country. Currency sent home by migrants competes with global aid as one of the largest financial inflows to developing countries. Other objectives are gather comprehensive knowledge on overall banking functions and the expectations of the customers regarding the service level of the public banking sector of Bangladesh and existing remittance service in all public banks of Bangladesh.
