A planet-hopper or planet skipper was a starship capable of transit from one planet to another within the same star system. Planet-hoppers had no hyperdrive. The Light of Reason was a planet-hopper. This lecture is a tutorial based lecture; based on Planet Hopper. Students need to be supplied with the mass of the astronaut and then they must work out the weight of the astronaut on different planets. Will need formula – weight = mass x gravity. Real physicists will have a problem as some of the planets you couldn’t strictly land on as they are gas.
