Personnel Psychology is a branch of industrial and organizational psychology that is concerned with the process of acquiring staff and the mental well-being and work relations of current personnel. The acquisition and recruitment of new employees along with the interview and selection process is usually a central focus for a personnel psychologist. It is the application of psychology to the hiring and care of employees.
