The dissimilar kinds of nail infection fungus can be separated up into three basic groups such as dermatophytes, saprophytes, and yeasts. Though several cases of fungal nail infection do respond to the similar medication, the three groups usually have dissimilar sources and sometimes need dissimilar treatment so it is significant in each case to recognize which kind is involved.
