Individual Entrepreneur is an individual who, rather than working as an employee, runs a small business and assumes all of the risk and reward of the given business business, idea, good or service offered for sale. Individual Entrepreneur also seem to have a high need for independence and may have a high need for achievement. Managers and entrepreneurs both have more of an internal tendency than the general public.
