The following section is dedicated to the learning organization characteristics. In the commencing of section is given a summary of partially diverse, partially overlapping views from various authors concerning the conditions that needs to be presented in a learning organization. From then on, there is proposed the latest structure of the particular characteristics. The nature of all comprehensive characteristics can be opened. In this particular thesis, the new tip for structuring the characteristics of the learning organization can be introduced.
