Recently, I have taken the exams of (exam name or exam season) and by scoring good marks I am promoted to Class ZZZ. My father is a Government employee (as your father does) and due to his job nature we have to shift to other city. It is to inform that, without knowing about any announcement about shifting I enrolled myself for Class Ninth.
My fee and annual funds for new class are paid. But unfortunately, due to shifting I cannot study further in this school. I want to you cancel my enrollment and refund my fee as it would be a huge favor for me. I shall be grateful to you.
