Enforcement of Fundamental Rights

The particular insertion of fundamental rights inside a constitution becomes meaningless when it is not provided with the Constitution for simple and effective means of their enforcement. This also easy and effective enforcement needs to be available not only resistant to the executive but also resistant to the legislative. If the actual executive does anything at all in violation involving fundamental rights, the citizens will need to have a remedy. Similarly if the actual legislature enacts any law which can be inconsistent with some of the fundamental rights, there needs to be procedure to express that law unconstitutional. The particular Declaration, therefore, has laid the utmost emphasis on the actual enforcement of rights that when the peoples’ rights for your protection of that the government is produced, cannot be enforced then this government would become useless.
