Prime purpose of this lecture is to present on Cell And Tissue Culture. It is used to gene manipulation, culturing mammalian cells for cancer studies and producing new plants through tissue culture. Growth medium of tissue Culture are Glucose, Water, Amino acids and Salts. Here also present some method for Measuring Cell Growth: Counting cell numbers in culture (haemocytometer) and Measure optical density in spectrophotometer.
