Capital accumulation involves purchasing more assets which you can use to create a lot more wealth or that could appreciate in benefit. Alternatively, capital accumulation could also refer to any time an institutional agent or individual investor acquires a large number of shares of a particular stock or common fund over an extended period of time. The definition connected with capital accumulation is at the mercy of controversy and ambiguities, because doing so could refer toa net addition to existing wealth plus a redistribution of wealth.
