Dear Sir,
With due respect, I would like to state that, I was a registered student of ENG 102 course of Spring 20.. semester. I had registered for the course in due time but the accounts office didn’t inform the registry and so that my name was not printed in the grade sheet. However I didn’t get my grade yet. I am in the last semester. To fulfill the requirements of my internship I need to have my grade as early as possible.
I therefore, hope that you would be kind enough to grant my application and take necessary steps so that I can have my grade.
