With Due Respect, humbly stating that I am working in (organization name….) from more than two years as a (job designation….). I had completed my probation period and my due security money is also deducted from my monthly salaries but like other employees who are still serving in this institution are fully paid by due encashment of annual leaves in the month of January every year but I was not given the due encashment of my leaves from the past two (2) years.
