The cumulative total dividend for the year 2015 recommended by the Company is @10% of the paid-up capital amounting to BDT 1,161,373,500 which is BDT 1:00 per share for the year ended at 31^st December 2015, which have already been disbursed by the Company among the shareholders. This recommendation of the Board of Directors regarding the dividend for the year 2015 shall be forwarded to the shareholders at the 18^th Annual General Meeting for their consideration and approval. These financial statements are presented in Bangladesh Taka (Taka/Tk/BDT) which is the company’s functional currency. All financial information presented in Taka has been rounded off to the nearest Taka.
