The EPS was at Rs. 16.95 for the year ended 31^st March 2016 as against Rs. 20.39 in the previous year.

The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share on the face value of Rs. 2/- per equity share for the financial year ended 31^st March 2016 amounting to Rs. 26.36 Crore (inclusive of tax Rs. 4.56 Crore).
