It is a broadly described annual report of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited in the year of 2014-2015. Earnings per share (EPS) of the Company for the year (Basic & Diluted) Rs. 80.72.
The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a dividend of Rs. 24.50 per share for the year 2014-15 as against Rs. 15.50 per share paid for the year 2013-14. The dividend for 2014-15, including dividend tax provision will absorb Rs. 998.53 Crores (2013-14: Rs. 614.07 Crores).
