It is a broadly described annual report of Envoy Textiles Limited in the year of 2012. The Company contributed an amount of Tk. 82.33 million in the 2011-12 to the national Exchequer. The Company contributed substantially to the Foreign Exchange Reserve of the country during 2011-12 through its export marketing operation, during the year this amount is BDT 717.29 million. During the year 2011-12, the company earned the total net profit after tax of Taka. 418,723,440.00 million.
The company has declared Dividend @ 20.00% (Cash 15.00% and Stock 5.00%) on paid-up capital based on the financial year ended on 30 September 2012 as per the decision of the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 5th December 2012. These financial statements are presented in Bangladesh Taka (Taka/Tk/BDT) which is the company’s functional currency. All financial information presented in Taka has been rounded off to the nearest Taka.
