Annual Report 2010 of Khulna Power Company Limited

It is a broadly described annual report of Khulna Power Company Limited in the year of 2010. The Board recommends a final dividend of @20% for the year 2010 as Bonus Share i.e. 1 (One) share of Tk. 10 each for 5 (Five) shares held on the Record Date. This is subject to approval by the shareholders at the 13^th Annual General Meeting. These financial statements are presented in Bangladesh Taka (Taka/Tk/BDT) which is the company’s functional currency. All financial information presented in Taka has been rounded off to the nearest Taka.
