Annual Report 2008 of International Leasing and Financial Services Limited

The shares were listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited and Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited on September 16, 2007, and traded at Tk. 732.75 each at Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited and Tk. 750.00 each at Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited at the end of the year 2008.

The Board of Directors in their meeting held on April 07, 2009 recommended dividend @ 30% i.e. Tk.30 against per share of Tk.100 each as dividend for the year 2008 to be distributed in the form of cash @ 15% i.e. Tk.15 and bonus share @ 15% i.e. Tk.15 per share of Tk. 100 each equals to Tk.37.95 million and Tk.37.95 million respectively (15 bonus share against every 100 shares hold). These financial statements are presented in Bangladesh Taka (Taka/Tk/BDT) which is the company’s functional currency. All financial information presented in Taka has been rounded off to the nearest Taka.
