Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) is one of the modern, fully online and technologically superior private commercial Banks in Bangladesh. Principle objective of this report is to analyze Employee Retention Strategy of Eastern Bank. other objectives are identify the causes of high employee turnover and employee turnover rate. Here also focus on the strategies to motivate and retain employees and propose some ways to increase the retention rate and prevent high employee turnover. Finally recommend for implementation of an effective employee retention strategy in EBL.
