Sample Wedding Agenda Format

[The wedding agenda is needed by couples to plan every single task which needs to be accomplished before the final moment arrives. This agenda is a document which is written by the bride and groom because they are the most important individuals participating in the event.]

Points to consider while drafting Wedding Agendas –

  • The date of the wedding, venue and the budget the couple have allocated for the occasion.
  • The number of guests to be invited to the wedding.
  • Service providers such as musicians, caterers, florists, photographers, and hotel rooms for guests arriving from out of town must also be included.
  • A wedding is never complete without a wedding cake and arrangements must be made to find a suitable Baker for the occasion.
