The common view of the Westphalian system is that the Peace of Westphalia had been an agreement for respect the theory of territorial ethics. Westphalian sovereignty is the principle of international law that all nation state offers sovereignty over their territory and domestic affairs, to the exclusion coming from all external powers, in the principle of non-interference in another country’s domestic affairs and that all state is equal in international legislations.
