Value pluralism is the idea that we now have several values that could be equally correct in addition to fundamental, and yet in conflict jointly. In addition, value-pluralism postulates that many times, such incompatible values could be incommensurable, in the sense that there are no objective placing the order of them with regards to importance. Value pluralism is instead of value monism.
