The purpose of the thesis is to analysis the Computational Modeling of Ion Channel in Cell Membrane of Brain to Analyze Autism. Autism is a neural developmental disorder characterized by impaired social interaction and communications and by restricted and repetitive behavior. Autism affects information processing in the neuron of the brain by altering the connections of the neuron and their synapse. Here also analysis the mechanism of brain and cause is Autism.
